Resident Contact List

South Dakota law allows members of a homeowners association to have access to the association’s membership list. This list includes publicly available information, including: resident name, property address, phone number, and email address.

The intention of making this list available is to encourage community communication and goodwill among neighbors. The SCCE homeowners’ association will never share or sell this information with any entity. It is provided as a convenience for residents, and we ask homeowners to please respect the privacy of our residents by using this list for community communication purposes only.

Please Note: the SCCE website is public. While not widely promoted, the HOA cannot prohibit individuals outside of the Association from visiting the site and accessing the information provided here.
