SCCE board members are here to keep things running smoothly in our neighborhood. If you have questions or ideas⁠—please, reach out!

SCCE board members are elected by homeowners to oversee the common assets of our development, manage finances, set and enforce rules, and to supervise maintenance and upkeep of the neighborhood. Board members serve 2-year terms and volunteer their time. Each year, there are usually 3-4 positions open for voting. Joining the board or a committee is a great way to get to know your neighbors and learn more about the community!
