Join Us for a Special Community Meeting: Covenants & HOA Dues

The SCCE Board, Covenants Committee, and a Resident’s Working Group have been refining the covenant language related to campers, trailers, boats, and alternative vehicles based on community input over the last year. The final draft was presented and approved by a 5 to 1 vote on April 28, 2025. The revised language will be mailed to residents ahead of the special meeting.

This informational meeting will precede the required vote of the residents (which will be conducted separately by the Board), but will be an opportunity for Q&A and clarification. We will also discuss new HOA dues and rates, which will go into effect in January 2026.

Meeting starts at 6:30 PM.

All SCCE residents are encouraged to attend.
